Julie Dubernard founded Villa Mia Design in 2021.
Paris born. Trained as a litigation attorney in France. Seventeen years as strategic wireless infrastructure program manager for AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon in Miami. A lifelong artist. Julie brings a working program manager's discipline to a French designer's eye, and an artist's signature to every project. Her photography practice, JD Blu Photography, produces original wall art in every Villa Mia Design project.
